I have never seen a more complete preparation of a home inspection. The pointers on each picture even helped with getting estimates for repairs. Wonderful Customer Service My Wife and I were looking to purchase the rental home we were living in. We were advised to get a home inspection prior to sitting down with the home owner. This advise came on Friday for a Monday meeting. Michael was kind enough to rearrange his schedule to come out on Saturday and have us our inspection report by noon on Sunday. This would give us time to get all of our ducks in a row before the meeting on Monday. Michael arrived on time on Saturday and started off by explaining what is involved in a normal inspection. He was great about listening to our questions and giving informative answers. While Michael conducted the inspection he was kind enough to answer questions that popped up. After the inspection was completed Michael set up his laptop computer in our kitchen and showed us pictures of the concerns he had about the house. He was able to give us ballpark pricing as to how much it would cost to repair some of the issues. As promised he had the full report to us by noon on Sunday. It was nice to have someone who has had long time experience in the home improvement and construction industry doing the inspection. Michael is a very professional, clean cut and caring inspector and I appreciate the great job he did for an outstanding value.
